This was the first time I ever transported a vehicle and didn't know what to expect. I hired another company, which was awful and didn't fulfill their promises. When I called Ron and Jake they helped me and told me everything I should expect from a company in this nature. I have to say everything they promised and told me would happen, happened with no complications and hassle. Ron and Jake went beyond and helped me move my truck as quick as possible (less than 48 hours and 600 miles). They were on top of everything and very professional. What they said and promised,happen exactly. Ron and Jake promised the driver was going to be one of their best and I have to say the driver went beyond. He was very professional and very cautious with my vehicle. I will always use freedom auto transport for all my transporting needs for now on.
