I transported my mustang from NC to CA. I am deploying and I wanted my car back home and did not want to drive it all the way across the country. Joe was really great. He explained in detail how this whole thing works. The original quote was 850, but I had only 3 day window. Joe said if I go up at least to 950, I will have a 100% chance of getting a transport. He was right. I had a carrier on the 15th and I talked to Joe on the 13th. Another broker (Creative rides auto) tried to tell me with that amount my car will never move. He called me 5 times, telling me the same thing over and over. I decided to stick with Joe and it was worthwhile. I receive my car in CA on the 19th. If I ever have to use auto transport service again, I will call freedom without a hesitation.
