I signed an agreement with them on June 15. After 3 weeks of no response, no return emails, no return phone calls, lies about pick up, I was told that they would not honor the price that we both agreed to in writing, and sending over cc information and subsequently was told they are canceling my order. I now have storage costs, after all of that they had the audacity to send me a new quote for a $200.00 Increase.
They are rude, and very unprofessional. I have text messages, email and proof. BEWARE.. DONT USE THEM TO MOVE YOUR PEDAL BIKE!
