I placed an order on 5/5/20 to have my car picked up 5/14 or later allowing plenty of lead time. I chose this company due to positive ratings. I questioned their low price. I was told by Chantz that they own their own trucks and don't have broker fees, hence their low prices. The contract stated they had 1-7 days to pick up my vehicle. As the deadline approached, I learned that my car was listed on a brokers' board. They didn't really have trucks or drivers and put my vehicle on a broker board for drivers to see. The price was so low that no one would pick up the job. Then they did state they would work at a loss and added another $100 to the price to try to get a driver. After the lies and lack of service I walked when no longer under contract cancellation penalties. Now, after 17 days, still no driver under contract to haul my car from AZ to PA. Very efficient getting my credit card info and contract signed; afterwards, absolutely no service or communication. Horrible dispatch and communication. Avoid at all costs!
