Made a reservation for 3 from Orlando to Ft Lauderdale even though there were just 2 of us due to their terms & conditions concerning customers of size. It states we would get a refund if shuttle was not full and as we were the only people on the shuttle we expect a refund of $45.00. Have been trying to get refund since 12/21/12 with no luck.
