Poor Custome Service and Communication after the sale

In my opinion Flofield Inc. auto shippers is a transport company to stay as far away from as you can get . Their communication and customer service is extremely poor and their actual charges are very likely to be more than your original contract price . Mine sure was . They never followed up with their promotional gas redemption coupons or my refund either .They actually told me they would send double coupons [ $500.00] as a result of the communication problems .
One area they do excel in is passing the buck to the "transport " company . The transport company [ a sub contractor ] they hired to move my car showed up a couple of hours after calling me on a Sunday afternoon [ I was not at home at the time ] with no prior delivery schedule arranged or any Flofield invoice to show the amount due upon the delivery . They demanded a cash payment over my contract amount . I did not have the cash on hand so the transport company took the car back with them and I ended up having to pay "storage fees " in addition to Flofields contract " fine print" charges .

there is no fine print only large print. The customer never called regarding the gasoline redemption certificate, on 8/5 the certificate was sent to him.
