this company conacted me and had a transport truck readily available. they sent me a order form to be signed and faxed back.they first quoted me $550.00 plus some kind of additional charge of $36.00 for a total of $586.00.i had to give a $200.00 deposit with a balance due to the driver upon delivery.when the driver had called me to verify the pick-up[as he was at the place of pick-up]the driver required a $500.00 balance not a $386.00 balance as agreed upon.i notified the transport company and spoke with a andy weller,who was very ignorant and nasty.he informed me that he could get another truck,or i would have to pay the difference. i told him that i would not pay for the difference and that we had a signed contract.he then stated that i had to allow him 10 days to find another truck for the original price quoted or i would forfiethalf of my $200.00 deposit.to this day he has sent me several e-mails that are totally unprofessional and he refuses to refund all of my deposit.WARNING TO ANYONE USING THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY,BEWARE,AND READ THE CONTRACT. THERE ARE OTHER REPUTABLE TRANSPORT COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT DO NOT REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.THIS COMPANY AGAIN IS FLOFIELD INC. AND THEY ARE BASED OUT OF GREENWICH CT.

This is a customer that the car was not even moved by us or maybe no one else. We had a problem moving the car because the truckers were demanding more money to move it, I called him and asked if it was possible to pay an additional $100.00 to the trucker to take the car immediately, he replied no and immediately said to cancel his order, we offered to place it back on the board at the original price, he said no and cancelled. I indicated to him that according to our terms and conditions which was signed by him there is a $100.00 cancellation fee after 24 hours after the order was placed, I guess that he did not like that and put this review on.
