This is a customer that the car was not even moved by us or maybe no one else. We had a problem moving the car because the truckers were demanding more money to move it, I called him and asked if it was possible to pay an additional $100.00 to the trucker to take the car immediately, he replied no and immediately said to cancel his order, we offered to place it back on the board at the original price, he said no and cancelled. I indicated to him that according to our terms and conditions which was signed by him there is a $100.00 cancellation fee after 24 hours after the order was placed, I guess that he did not like that and put this review on.
