When Jim placed this move with us, he was told in detail of the inspection report process and the importance of documenting any damage on the report. He was also told to call us and we would assist in the claim process.
The transporter did damage the fog light. Jim came to an agreement with the driver and ended up giving him less money than he was supposed to on delivery. Jim did not document anything on the inspection report because he stated the driver had told him that his deductible was $1000. This was true, but if Jim had documented this and called us, because of our relationship with this company, we would have been able to help him get paid. We work very hard to keep our customers happy. If Jim had done what he was instructed to do, there would not have been an issue.
Delivery and pickup were both on time. Vehicle was not late
