I am actually a carrier who assigned to transport for a customer of this company. I was really shocked and impressed how they took care of the customers. So, here is the story. I was the third company who was assigned for this load, first two companies broke down, so CJ(manager) decided to raise the price to have the car picked up asap.He paid $ 600 out of his pocket to make the customer happy. I have been hauling cars for almost 8 years and never seen any brokers to pay out of their pocket to make things right. At first, I didn't trust his words, so kept checking with him for whole time. However, even before the delivery, CJ dirct deposited the money on my bank account, so I didn't have to worry too much about it. In the past, I was ripped off by brokers several times, they lied and shut down the business and ran away, aweful experiences, right? This time, I worried for nothing. Everything went OK, the customer was satisfied. If you are looking for a good broker to transport of your car, then CJ will take care of you. If this industry should run by CJ, there shouldn't be any more of unhappy customers.
