Made a move from AZ to FL. The company I originally went with screwed me over...so I called Chris with First Rate Auto out of desperation, and he helped me out IMMEDIATELY and made me feel great about all the trouble and stress I was going through. He was real, honest, and faithful with me and totally made the process the best it could possibly get. He answered his phone and emails, every single time- even at night! He worked extremely hard to get my car shipped (last minute I tell you) and made it work for me. I can't thank him enough for all of his efforts in making this happen. I would DEFINITELY go with First Rate Auto Transport.

I've dealt with a lot of brokers, and Chris seemed like a legitimate professional person all the way through the process. A lot of times brokers will sweet-talk you into going with them, then once you finalize your information, they never pick up the phone and are cold. Not with Chris! Honestly you guys, go with this company, there isn't anything better. The driver I got was amazing as well, I got really lucky as I was in a pickle!
