This was my first time ever using a transport company. I was extremely sceptical initially, but Mario quickly put my worries at ease. He explained everything thouroughly and was very pleasant when I called him back to back with delayed questions. He even called me to make certain that my move went smoothly. The driver that came to pick up my vehicle was equally nice and handled my car with care while loading it onto the transport truck. I expected my vehicle to be extremely dirty upon arrival, but to my surprise the dust was minimal. The price quoted was the same. No damage, nothing extra. I tipped my driver as I believe in rewarding great service with great service. Thank you Mario for a great experience.
