Erika Pagan at First Rate Auto was extremely helpful and very patient. Transporting an automobile, one of our most expensive possessions, is a scary prospect. But she was very reassuring, answered all questions to my satisfaction, and was flexible as we changed points of origin to improve timeliness. I highly recommend her.
