Military moves are tough to begin with and when having to deal with auto transports, I highly recommend First Class Auto. Josh D was exceptionally attentive to my needs and concerns and when Total Auto Transport (never once called me to follow up) failed to contact me regarding the shipment of my truck, I became frustrated and that's when Josh at First Class Auto reached me and put all my worries to bed. Josh D was very informative and understood the priority of getting my truck to our new home by a certain date. Josh D went above and beyond your typical customer service and for that, I'm very thankful.
