I question the value of these ratings, as First Class Auto Transport was the poster child of what everyone warns you about. Very courteous and responsive until they have the order and then nothing but false promises and non-performance. The Company offered a competitive, but not aggressive price, and I selected them because they were located within 50 miles of the pick-up point and had been very responsive in soliciting the business. But that is where it ended. Several phone calls were unanswered and when I was finally able to reach someone they were very non-committal, meanwhile, I am busy arranging the rest of my cross country move, hoping that First Class Transport ( now there is a misnomer) would deliver on their promise. They never did and finally I had to pay my moving company to load the car on the van to California. First class transport had over a week to arrange a pickup and cost me valuable time and ultimately money because I was foolish enough to rely on them to do what they said. If my experience is any indication: STAY AWAY.
