Very Impessive Service!!

I had already selected a transporter and thought that I was all set. The company kept giving me the run around 7 days after I was supposed to be picked up. I received a call from Alex at Fast Track as a follow up and told him that I had booked with someone and they were supposed to have a truck come out but it never showed. He looked me up on his National Board and notified me that not only did I not have a driver scheduled, but that they never had someone for me because I was on the board for 2 weeks and was way under the market price. I went ahead and cancelled with the other company and scheduled with Alex at his original rate which was a little higher but lower than most of the other companies. I received a call within an hour from Lily in dispatch notifying me that she had a truck for the next day with a carrier she uses all the time. Needless to say, they showed up as promised and had my car in Florida 8 days later without a scratch. I am extremely happy and impressed not only with the speed in which all of it was handled, but the super friendly and proffessional service I received from everyone at Fast Track as well as the driver (Mark) that delivered me. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to all my friends and family and anyone looking for an honest and professional company!! Great Job Fast Track!!
