I called fast track,to ship my car from Secaucus NJ to Pompano Beach Fl.They had the best price which was great,But I was more concerned with the service,I explained that to Donna who was a pleasure to deal with.I was very straight up with her from the beginning,I told her I don't want to hear no BS stories why my car is not on time,I told her I heard it all,no flat tire stories,it's out of my hands now whatever lol,she understood and assured me there will be no stories I said ok.she said you will receive a call from Dirk in 10 minutes he does the scheduling.the pickup of my cars not car because I felt comfortable with this company,it was scheduled in 15 mins.I decided to ship my car and my girlfriends car,and fly instead of driving.I told Dirk the same story,I don't want to hear any BS stories,I guess the truth is I've been on this earth for 50+ years and heard it all growing up on the streets in Jersey City.Can you tell Ive never written one of these reviews before lol.Dirk was great he understood,exactly what I was saying,and backed it up with a great shipping company, who delivered my cars in 2 days just as I was promised.My cars were in great shape and Richard the driver called me to let me know he was 30 mins away.I own a business and know how easy it is for people to go online and write a negative review,but not many take the time to write a positive one.Im so grateful and appreciative that my experience with fast track auto shippers was STREES free that I have the time to say thank you.
