I had never shipped a car before and was overwhelmed with the volume of carriers who tried to acquire my contract. I chose Fast Track Auto Carriers primarily due to Donna's professional knowledge and courtesy. She was pleasantly tenacious in convincing me of Fast Track's trustworthiness.
After signing the contract, Donna made herself available to me several times for questions, and her reassurances were very helpful.
Fast Track worked within a limited amount of available dates and was still able to get my car delivered in a very reasonable amount of time. In fact, delivery was 3 days ahead of what I expected.
I can't compare Fast Track to other shippers, but I will say that my experience with them earned my trust and I would absolutely use them again.
Thanks to Donna and the rest of the legal team at Fast Track. Also, a big thank you to MK Transport driver Anthony. He took great car with my car, was professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
