This is clearly a misinterpretation of the TRUTH. We explained to you CLEARLY that getting picked up during the Holiday season was slim-to-none because carriers take time off to spend with their families. You asked us to do our best to TRY and get you shipped because you need the vehicle in Florida. We spoke with you EVERY time you called as well as when we contacted you. To add, you mentioned to us that you flight was in fact CANCELED due to bad weather in the northeast at that particular time. You are correct, we can not guarantee pick up or drop offs which is CLEARLY stated in the documents that you signed. Obviously you only wrote your review based on what you wanted to hear and not the TRUTH.
