Ugly customer service

Once the contract is signed and deposit paid FastTrack ceases to exist. They won't respond to phone calls or emails. Driver was a week late making delivery. After talking to him several times all we got were lies about where he was and when he would arrive. You're supposed to just sit around until they decide to drop off the vehicle. Would not use again.

Sorry the driver was unprofessional. The carriers we assign are independently owned. Never had a problem with them before but we will be sure that this never happens again.
