DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to LOOSE your deposit! Company is a BROKER that charges a fee just to ATTEMPT to find you a carrier but does NOT guarantee that they will find one. If they don't you DO NOT get your deposit back! I ordered a carrier from them to deliver a motorcycle from Oregon to Colorado and no one ever showed up to pick up the bike. I was never contacted after the pick up date and offered any explanation or apology! I had to arrange alternate shipping and now I'm out my $100 deposit for NOTHING!!

We apologize that the carriers truck broke down and was a day late picking up you bike. Unfortunately these are trucks and do brake down or get delayed due to bad weather, which was explained to you JOHN. Regards.
