We are sorry you feel this way about our service. You contacted our office on a daily basis and spoke to all our agents and at all times you were informed the status of your order and given the option to cancel at anytime and receive a full refund. Your vehicle was being picked up in a remote area of the country and therefore pickup times are sometimes delayed. You chose to continue to wait for assignment to a carrier. We serve thousands of customers a year and everyone is pleased with our service. As you can see by our reviews. Next time we advise you listen to the agent in charge of your order and read the terms and conditions so that you have a positive shipping experience and a understanding of the whole process.
