My transport nightmare

The ruined my new Prius. They participated in a cover-up in conjunction with the driver
"Shaver-Dolsen" Transport Service of Fort Wayne, Indiana to deliberately and willfully conceal
liability insurance information in order to make claim for the damage to the vehicle. As the truck
drove down my block I watched the Prius ram into a heavy oak branch and permanently scratch
the glass trunk. Additionally, the driver showed up 4 hrs late after he went of his way to go out and buy mismatched paint to apply over a cracked spoiler in the lower passenger section of the vehicle.
During the transport in South Florida the driver damaged the vehicle in the unloading process prior to arrival and actually went out of his way to cover-up the physical damage and delivered the vehicle with a fraudulent explanation that the dealer gave it to him that way. Bob Mayer the lying low class corrupt driver intentionally took the vehicle from the dealer without getting the dealers signature on bill of lading. Naturally the dealer denied that the damage was pre-existing to coverup their stupidity in failing to sign the bill of lading. Stay away from this broker because there are real professionals in this business and you need to do you homework to find out who they are....if you not careful you could wind up with a corrupt crook who is out to take your money and leave you with damaged goods.

I really have no clue why we are getting this review and more importantly why now. this car was moved almost 2 years ago. As mentioned before in other responses, we are brokers and never actually handle vehicles. We are here to assist if there is a problem with a carrier/driver. Driver was at fault, and was willing to work with the client to repair the vehicle....part 2 Mr Hyman is an insurance adjuster and because of his knowledge in the industry decided to put in an inflated claim (8,000.00) hoping that the trucking company would settle for half or better to make the situation go away. the Insurance adjuster for the carrier assessed the damage at 975.00 to repair. Mr Hyman wanted more so it would cover his transport cost and he could pocket some money for the cost of the car. Now he has tried to extort us as well. He tried to play the system and he got stonewalled....you thought you were going to scam someone and you ended up with nothing apparently. this is why after 2 years of trying he resorted to leaving us a bad review now.
