Our van arrived with damage to the rear bumper. The driver admitted responsibility and the same was noted on the bill of lading. I personally spoke with the owner of the company, Christian Spangler, who stated he would be responsible for the damage. He asked me to first try getting the scratch buffed out and to send him the invoice for the buffing services which he would pay. The buffing did not remove the scratch. Christian Spangler has neither paid the charges for buffing the vehicle nor honored his promise to pay for repairs.
Two faxed documents and three phone calls have gone unreturned. The owner has appears to be ducking responsibility. Based on other comments posted on this website, it sounds like standard operating procedure.
This appears to be a dishonest company. I would not recommend using them.
