this customer placed an order with us after she had the order with many companies, we had told her at inception that to go to myrtle beach, sc and deliver it to west virginia was very difficult and could take some time and a little more money, she agreed to the above. Now when the car is getting delivered she complains about the additional amount and does not even pay the driver the additional and just gives the car to her. We had talked today and I said that instead of $200.00 additional, just pay the driver $90.00 additional, she agreed.only the exact cod was paid to the driver and nothing else, the 90.00 was agreed to afterwards and will probably never be sent to the driver. It also never took 18 days the requested pickup date as per the contract was 4/8, we picked it up on 4/24 and delivered it on 4/25, she complains , but she was told that this is a difficult rout and it could take sometime for the pickup. The only reason that the increase took place was that the pickup and delivery was very much out of the way and the $90.00 did not even cover the drivers cost.
