very rude and bad customer servise

I contacted FHT Auto transport to ship my car to Alabama, Susan from that company provided with a quote which I agreed, she said that their trailers were on the East coast and will take I week to return, so she settle a date for my car to be pick up in Riverside California,

I called the date my car was supposed to be pick up, Steve answer the phone with a very rude attitude and told me he would call me back, asking me for a tracking number,

I tried to explain she never gave me one, so I ask to talk to her , and he kept saying that I did NOT had to talk to her because he was the man to talk to, he call me back just to find out they never even had scheduled my car to be pick up!!!



with the bad customer servise they have I DO NOT RECOMEND FHT AUTO TRANSPORT for your vehicles , also I read the very bad experiences other customers had, there fore WILL NOT use this company again
