Vehicle Severly Damaged

Vehicle arrived severely damaged from being loaded onto truck. Front bumper made contact with ramp, and instead of placing a piece of wood under the front tires as any remotely competent person would, driver drug bumper up ramp completely destroying it. Cracked in several places, completely separated in others and oil line damaged.

FHT/ABC (same company to play shell games) of course denied they did even though there are witnesses and picture documentation. Said they were denying claim but would "kindly offer $300".

Had to file paperwork to sue them this morning after multiple attempts to collect claim or insurance information. Its been two months since notice of loss was filed.
Do not use FHT or ABC Auto transport and make this clear to your broker. If your vehicle is damaged they will lie outright. They will claim they sent claim form but never will. They claim they never received certified mail, even though you have the receipt. Overall my experience with FHT/ABC (Mr Arman Hashimi) was extremely dissapointing. Will update after court.
