Use a GPS

The good:
Car was undamaged.
Driver knew how to drive my car, a 2012 Nissan Leaf. It is different than many cars to drive.

The bad:
Car sat in a terminal for a week prior to being put on the transport.
Driver got lost. I had to guide him in. GPS would help.
Wildly underestimated time of arrival. Rescheduled delivery time 3 times. Again, a GPS would help.
Driver could not count cash. Did not know there were five twenty dollar bills in $100. Go with a cashier's check next time.

The car was sat in terminal because customer would not be available to receive car before a particular date therefore we had to keep it at a terminal so that customer would not pay any extra fee if car arrived before customer arrived and therefore had to take it to a terminal at the destination. As far as getting lost, it sometimes happen even with the GPS, since the truck is 10 car carrier and can not take regular route like cars. And as far as delivery time changing, we never know what happens on the road, the weather and traffic are big factors. Our drivers deal with money all the time and its not very likely that he would not know how to count money. I am glad you had a good overall experience. Thank you.
