We have looked into the claims made by Mr. Breland and have found that they are not accurate. On December 12th, Mr. Breland received a phone call, from Lynnette, to confirm all the information in his order was correct. On December 15th, Mr Breland's vehicle was dispatched. On December 18th, Lynnette left Mr. Breland a voicemail letting him know that his vehicle was scheduled for pick up in a couple of hours. On December 19th, Mr. Breland, received two phone calls and an email from Lynnette letting him know the his vehicle had been picked up. Mr. Breland's vehicle was delivered to him on December 23rd.
