This is the second time I have used EAT, I have been happy overall with them both times. The first time there were no problems at all and it went very well. The second time, it took them about two weeks+ longer than they said to get the car to me. It has to be said though that the route from NY to Washington state is one of the harder ones for a broker, as it is a less popular route. I wasn't able to get through to Mike W. a few times, but he did eventually get back to me. Overall, the communication with Mike was good. The price was competitive or better. The car arrived without any damage and the driver, John Kalos of Gorilla Auto Transport was outstanding, both at pickup and dropoff sites. I would recommend EAT, use it again myself, and would ask for Gorilla Auto Transport to do the job through Express Auto Transport, if able. Sincerely, Wil N. Stevenson
