The motorcycle was picked up earlier than expected. The driver made contact with me and was very easy to deal with. The driver made several follow up calls to keep me informed which I very much liked. When the bike arrived I was pleased to see how it was secured and additional steps were taken to safeguard my bike. This being my first experience with shipping an item with the value and condition of the bike, it was an excellent one. I would use this shipping company again in the future if my needs required it. I just today, two days after the bike was delivered received a call from the driver again to make sure I was happy with the Bike. Now where do you get that kind of service these days??? PISSSSSSSSS.............Heres a little secrete "You Dont" Great Job guys!! A+ service. I would highly reccomend your service to anyone I know, and Being a Connecticut State Trooper I meet all kinds of people on a daily basis. Keep up the excellent work, and Thank you again for giving me the piece of mind that there are still good companies out there that still do things as you would have done yourself. Remember what they say, If you want things done right....................You guys did it right!!
