This was the first time I ever shipped a vehicle, and I was nervous about it. What was reassuring throughout the whole process is that once Exotic Carriers made the commitment, I could call the company anytime and someone in the office picked up the phone. Also, the driver himself (Joe), gave us his phone number. The car was picked up on time, and delivered on time. I would use this company again.
