Diresct Auto Transport called Exotic Inc. Pick up was OK. Picked up my daughters BMW on Wed morning 7/27 and told that it would arrive on Fri 8/ 29. Never arrived as we drove down and arrived on the 28th. Called and called. No Replies. Finally I reached someone who said that there was a five day window and car should arrive on Sat. 7/30. No call,, no replay. Had to drive my upset daghter around city for college preparation. Person on phone was abrupt and uncaring. Called and called again and finally reached driver. Car got delivered on Monday afternoon 8/1. Car had oil all over the top and driver said to clean it off right away because the car above must have leaked oil. It t took two car washes and a dtail to correct the problem. Also a small new dent on the hood. NEVER USE THEM IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR! I plan to contact the BBB and other agencies and hope that the media will investigate. Please note that I even paid for priority service. What a joke!!
