Vehicle transport mostly worked out as planned: agreed price was honored; pick-up and delivery were prompt. We requested to leave the car in a parking lot for later pick-up (with payment via credit card)...while the broker agreed to this, the driver did not. So we had to change plans to meet the driver upon arrival of the car.

Apologies for the miscommunication PJM. We instruct all our agents to advise customers that 8/10 carriers do not accept credit card payment. It should have been discussed with the carrier beforehand about the method of payment on delivery.
