I am in the United States Navy and I will be separating from the Navy. In my case the military does not pay for the cost of the vehicle shipment since I am separating. Trying to save couple of dollars I stumble across Exceptional Auto Transport LLC. Their costumer service on the scale from 0 to 10 is negative 10. They gave us unattainable quotes. They made up pick up date when they don't even have a driver. They wasted my time and money sitting around waiting for the imaginary driver that they said will come pick up my vehicle. They told us that they will contact us for the pick up date which they never did. After several attempt to call them we finally got through and Ellie told us that they will call us back in 15 minutes which they never did. Every time we attempt to call them they either avoid our phone call or if they pick up they always say that they will call us back but they never do. 15 days after the first available date we decided to give up and cut our lost with this company. If you are thinking of using this company please consider some other company. You will avoid wasting your time and money by going with some other company.
