This was my first time using this kind of auto transport, including the internet interface with the companies. Some what scary, certainly a leap of faith, but my experience absolutely could not have been better. Kelly's initial contact was pleasant and informative and accurate. Any follow up questions were answered quickly and the car was transported in a timely manner. I was very pleased (and a bit relieved) when the car arrived on time and in good shape.
