Ellie AND Chelsea were my primary contacts. Personally I cannot say enough about their care and consideration for me during my car transport. They would call and email to let me know about every move and when the next phase would take place. They are very knowledgeable about the inner workings of auto transport and they contracted me with a very nice carrier. I would definitely use Exceptional again.
