While Founder, Co-Owner & Auto Dispatch Specialist Christa S. went out of her way to help me from start to finish of the delivery of my car from Conn to Daytona Beach fl, I was unhappy with lack of communication of the first driver & a four day delay in pickup due to weather conditions witch is understandable... the second driver " Mario" however was awesome..he called me from Atlanta and told me he would there at my house by 8pm on friday..even showed up at 7:30 at night...wow I was surprized, a little phone call or two goes a long way...would I recommend Excellent Auto Transport?

YES!! communicate with Christa as often as you can & keep checking in for updates

Thanks so much Mike for sharing your experience. It is unfortunate that sometimes weather can delay the day they can come to load a vehicle, yet overall I am so glad the transit went well. It was my pleasure being here for you all along the way to keep in communication with the carrier. I am so pleased that you and the driver at the delivery hit it off so well!
