Bernice was always a pleasure to work with and was helpful in guiding me through the process. I'd never shipped a vehicle, so she was able to explain the process. I had constraints on when I needed the vehicle picked up, and she was able to find me a transport which met my exact time schedules. Also, the vehicle was well taken care of and the driver (Nimo) always answered my calls and kept me informed of the process. Overall great experience.
