The service that Excellent Auto Transport provided was outstanding. My main contact was Bernie and she took the time to walk me through the shipping process. She was truly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was evident that Bernie had been in this business for quite a while and that indeed relieved any concerns that I had. Bernie was always available to talk to. No worries about getting an answering machine and having to wade through multiple options. Bernie knew both the carrier and the driver that she contracted with, as she had worked with them multiple times in the past. I can't say enough positive things about the carrier as well, Band of Brothers. Their driver was indeed careful and professional. Very pleased with the entire experience and that says volumes about Bernie and her company Excellent Auto Transport.
