I was referred to this auto transport broker by a friend who had previously used them and had good a experience. I jumped into it really knowing nothing about the process, but I found Bernie so helpful that it didn't really matter. She happily answered all of my questions and made absolutely sure that I felt comfortable about the process. She was also very quick to get back to me when I needed her. All in all, it was a painless experience that was well worth the brokering fee.
