This was my first car move. I'm very protective of my car so naturally I had my worries. Bernie at Excellent Auto Transport was great. She described the move process to me step-by-step and was very polite, kind, and prompt. She also offered me the lowest price. The carrier she chose got my car to the destination safe and sound and was very flexible with picking up my car from my house, and at no additional cost. My car was a little dirty by the time she was delivered but that's to be expected with an open transport. My carrier Motion Auto Transport LLC was a day and a few hours late for pickup due to a tire blowout but they managed to deliver my car to WA from NY on time, in just two and a half days. Yes, you read right: 2.5 days! My contact Vlad from Motion Auto was incredibly kind and kept me updated throughout the entire move process. All in all, fantastic customer service from both parties. I highly recommend Excellent Auto Transport. I will be using them again when I move back to NY.

Good morning, Adam. Thank you for such a detailed review. I know it can be a little unnerving to hand your car that you really like over to a complete stranger. We try to explain the process so that will in some ways reassure you that you can trust us and the driver that handles your car. It is a team effort by all of us to safely transport your car. You had lots of questions and I am glad you asked them because then you understood how the transport process works at each step of the way.
