Bernie was the first person out of 15 calls I received in a day to explain the transport process to me and her role as a broker. Her openness and transparency continued throughout the entire process. She & Christa thoroughly answered all my questions, paid exceptional attention to detail and made themselves very accessible to me along the way. Next time I need a transport I won't do any shopping around. I'll go directly to Excellent Auto Transport.
