Shopping for a motorcycle on the internet is stressful enough, but then you have to get it home. I quickly found that the transportation business can be difficult to sort out and develop trust in what you are getting. Fortunately, I found Sonia and Excellent Auto Transport. From the first call I was confident that my bike would be picked up promptly, tied down correctly and transported professionally. My bike arrived a day earlier than scheduled which allowed Debbie and I a ride in the hills on the weekend. Sonia kept me apprised during every step of the process, eliminating my having to wonder what was happening. She gave me clear expectations of what she and I should both expect from her company and delivered on every point. Moving personal property is a risky business people, so do yourself a favor and at least call these folks before you commit to anything. Thanks Sonia. You provide TOP DRAWER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
