Transport of my daughter's vehicle

I bought a car for my daughter who is attending college at Tulane University in New Orleans. Her current car was a lemon, and I needed to get the new car to her ASAP. As a single mom who never had to have a vehicle transported before I was a little intimidated. I went online, did my searches, and then submitted requests for quotes to have the vehicle transported. Almost immediately, I received an overwhelming amount of quotes and inquiries from different companies. I did my research again, trusted my instinct, and called 2 different companies. The first person I spoke to said he was the owner of the company, and that he would have his driver call me back. I never heard from that company again. The second person I spoke to was Christa from Excellent Auto Transport. I called her on a Sunday from the beach not expecting anyone to call me back, but she called me back right away. She was a delight from the very first moment we spoke and very professional. Right away my feelings of intimidation were eliminated, and I knew I was in good hands and that I was going to get the car to my daughter and that everything was going to be alright. The very next day Christa found a driver for me who timely picked up my daughter's car. He was also very pleasant, polite and courteous, and the vehicle safely arrived at my daughter's home in 3-4 days.
