David, After our conversation, reading the notes and talking to my staff I find that most of your review is inaccurate. Our notes show that you change your service many times subtracting and adding money to your order. I also see that our staff left you many unanswered messages which you clam we did not do. As far as the door to door service our terms and conditions which you did sign states that there are some areas that trucks cannot go into, the Golden Gate Bridge being one of them so we did ask you to take your car across so the truck could load your car. The amount you paid was what it took to transport your car cross country. The only thing that I can see that is accurate is that your car indeed was not washed which we did compensate your for. We also ask that if you were going to leave less than a 5 star review that you contact us first, you did not do that either. If anyone was blindsided it was us with this false review. I see you have received your car in good condition.
