After contracting and making FULL payment in January with another company who failed to pick up vehicle on March 15, 2011 as contracted, AND did not answer emails or return calls made for two weeks to the company (A1 Auto Logistics). I was forced in April to contract with a new company to get my son's truck and motorcycle shipped to be there when he returned from duty in Afghanistan.
I researched auto transport companies, and from the numerous good reviews and excellent ratings it receives, I chose to contract with Evergreen Auto Transport. I required expedited shipping and was assured the vehicles would ship within 5 days. The communication with the company was excellent. The transport truck arrived and picked up the vehicles as scheduled and delivered them intact 4 days later.
I can not express how grateful my son and I both are to Evergreen for getting the job done so expeditiously. It was a job well done, and a special thanks to Stacey who was so painsakingly patient and helpful through the process and allayed all of my fears and concerns as to getting the vehicles to my son in time for his return from his tour of duty.
As a note of interest, my son's truck is a one ton Ford 4 wheel drive, long bed pickup truck that has a ten (10) inch lift kit and 40 inch tires! This is a monster of a truck, not just your run of the mill pickup truck.
I highly recommend this company and commend them for a job well done! It was worth every penny to get the job done right and finished on time. Thank you
