I never had my car transported before and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They called to see if our car was picked up and when I had question as when my car will arrive at my destination, the staff called the driver to see when it will arrive. They even gave me the drivers phone number. The driver was also friendly and work with me on a time for pick up because of the work hours.
