i reviewed this company after my car was delivered in california. evergreen has a policy of taking a "refundable" deposit. i was made to write a review on this web site and was urged to say everything was excellent. the service was very good as my first review said. however, i did not receive my refund as promised in 30 days. when i e mailed, stacy said it was clerical. i waited another week and got nothing. i told her if i did not have my $100 by weeks end, i was going to post here as i was made to so everyone using or thinking of using EVERGREEN transport can know that you may not get the deposit back. i specifically said to tracy that i thought this was a scam and she assured me it was not. as now and it has been long past the time i posted and they were to return my money and i do not have it. i would not use them again. robert

Robert you were entitled to a $100 mail in rebate. You did not fill out the mail in rebate form on our website. That is why you did not get it
