I found THE perfect bike across the country from me and the deal was that it had to be picked up either on a Saturday or after work hours weekdays. The seller would not sell me the bike otherwise. EVERGREEN was the only shipper that I had contacted that could agree to those terms and actually set them as a condition of transport. My contact at EVERGREEN, Stacy, was knowledgeable, friendly and had not shortage of a sense of humor in all of my dealings with her. She made a potentially difficult endeavor actually quite easy. I would absolutely use EVERGREEN again.
