It was the Christmas week, truck broke down in GA no one communicated this to me, but overall Lorri was good in getting back to me. The inconvenience cost me a ton in a rent a car, for which there was no compensation. On the whole I think if there was more contact between trucking co. and this co. things may have run smoother. Once my car got on a truck it took 5 days from GA to CA. There was a blanket stolen by trucking company who moved my vehicle from one truck to another. Gas tank which was full when car was pickedup in GA, was delivered to me with an empty gas tank.!!!!!!I had to put in gas immediately to get around. Lorri however gave good customer service. Cost was $897 PLUS sum of rent a car for 3 weeks and a full tank of gas used by someone somewhere en route.!!!
